Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platforms, tools, applications, analytics systems, automation services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Revenue Stream AI, Inc. (“RevenueStreamAI,” “RSAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates become effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

RSAI provides technology-enabled administrative, operational, analytics, automation, and support services across multiple industries, including but not limited to: healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, operational execution automation, AI-enabled analytics and reporting, business process automation, and customer support and operational enablement.

Some Services may be provided under a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or similar contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 16.

Account Registration and Security

Certain Services require you to create an account. You agree to:

→Provide accurate, current, and complete information
→Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
→Promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity
→Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

RSAI is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

→Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
→Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
→Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
→Interfere with or disrupt service operations
→Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
→Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spyware, or malicious code
→Use the Services to send unlawful or non-compliant communications, including SMS

RSAI may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Customer Data and Data Processing

Ownership: Customers retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. RSAI does not claim ownership.

Processing: RSAI processes Customer Data only to provide and maintain the Services, as instructed by the customer, to comply with applicable laws, or as otherwise permitted by written agreement.

RSAI does not use Customer Data, including PHI, to train public or third-party AI models.

HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI)

In certain engagements, RSAI provides services to healthcare organizations and may create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Where RSAI handles PHI:

→RSAI implements HIPAA-aligned safeguards
→RSAI signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when required
→PHI is used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA and applicable agreements
→RSAI does not use PHI for marketing or advertising

Artificial Intelligence and Automation

RSAI may use artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics as part of its Services. AI-enabled tools may be used to:

→Identify patterns and anomalies in operational processes
→Support billing and revenue cycle processes
→Automate routing, prioritization, and task assignment
→Generate summaries, classifications, or recommendations for authorized users
→Support customer support and service delivery

No Medical Decision-Making: RSAI does not use AI to provide medical diagnosis or treatment decisions. AI outputs are intended to support administrative, operational, or business functions and may be subject to human review.

Communications (Email and SMS)

RSAI may send communications related to the Services, including account notifications, operational notices, security alerts, support messages, and service updates. Where required by law, RSAI obtains consent before sending marketing communications.

You may withdraw consent at any time by:

→Clicking “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email
→Replying “STOP” to any SMS message
→Emailing us at [email protected]

SMS Terms: Message frequency may vary · Message and data rates may apply · Reply STOP to opt out · Reply HELP for help · Consent is not a condition of purchase or service access.

Fees, Billing, and Payment

Fees and billing terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement, invoice, or order form. You agree to:

→Pay all applicable fees on time
→Provide accurate billing information
→Pay applicable taxes unless exempt

RSAI may suspend Services for non-payment.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information includes non-public business, technical, operational, or customer-related information disclosed in connection with the Services.

Confidential information does not include information that:

→Becomes publicly available without breach
→Was independently developed without use of confidential information
→Was lawfully obtained from a third party without restriction

Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
