These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platforms, tools, applications, analytics systems, automation services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Revenue Stream AI, Inc. (“RevenueStreamAI,” “RSAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates become effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
RSAI provides technology-enabled administrative, operational, analytics, automation, and support services across multiple industries, including but not limited to: healthcare administration, revenue cycle management, operational execution automation, AI-enabled analytics and reporting, business process automation, and customer support and operational enablement.
Some Services may be provided under a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Business Associate Agreement (BAA), Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or similar contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 16.
Certain Services require you to create an account. You agree to:
RSAI is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect credentials.

RSAI may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Ownership: Customers retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. RSAI does not claim ownership.
Processing: RSAI processes Customer Data only to provide and maintain the Services, as instructed by the customer, to comply with applicable laws, or as otherwise permitted by written agreement.
RSAI does not use Customer Data, including PHI, to train public or third-party AI models.
In certain engagements, RSAI provides services to healthcare organizations and may create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Where RSAI handles PHI:
RSAI may use artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics as part of its Services. AI-enabled tools may be used to:
No Medical Decision-Making: RSAI does not use AI to provide medical diagnosis or treatment decisions. AI outputs are intended to support administrative, operational, or business functions and may be subject to human review.
RSAI may send communications related to the Services, including account notifications, operational notices, security alerts, support messages, and service updates. Where required by law, RSAI obtains consent before sending marketing communications.

Fees and billing terms are governed by the applicable customer agreement, invoice, or order form. You agree to:

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information includes non-public business, technical, operational, or customer-related information disclosed in connection with the Services.
