StreamStatus — frequently asked questions

StreamStatus is automated claim status follow-up. It schedules payer status inquiries on every in-flight claim, classifies each response — acknowledged, in adjudication, pended, finalized-paid or finalized-denied — and routes anything that needs a human to a worklist the same day.
StreamClaim tracks the claims it submits as part of its 10-credit claim lifecycle. StreamStatus is a standalone, per-inquiry service: it follows up on claims submitted from any practice-management system or clearinghouse, and can run additional follow-up cadences on StreamClaim claims when a payer is slow.
